Jacob LaPorte - Novartis and Start-Ups | Scaling Innovation in Corporations

After our summer break we are starting with a super interesting guest who is the Co-Founder and Global Head of the the BIOME, which is the innovation lab of biotech and Pharma giant Novartis. 

Jacob LaPorte started his career with a PhD in Biochemistry at Harvard University working on the optimization of drug discovery.

In this episode we are talking about Jacob's journey and the story behind Novartis approach on building and pushing innovation capabilities.
